Like many people, I am annoyed by Spotify's failure to put my playlists in random order. I like to listen to music while I go on epic rides, and I kept adding new music to my epic playlist only to find spotify would keep playing whatever it had played most recently. It's pretty obvious spotify tries to infer what you like based on what it's played you and then keeps playing you more of the same! Very frustrating if your goal is to listen to new stuff.

So, I built a tool to shuffle a playlist for me. It's a simple tool that uses the Spotify API to get the tracks in a playlist and then shuffles them in a truly random order so I can listen to them un-shuffled and actually listen to new stuff.
